Beta-Alanine is suitable for anyone who needs additional explosive power - like sprinters - or who wants to increase performance in strength training. Most pre-workout supplements use this substance but in a smaller quantity than one portion of this UNS excellent single ingredient. How does it work? Beta-alanine increases the carnosine concentration in the muscle which results in improved performance and reduced the formation of lactic acid (less muscle fever). It's been shown to reduce muscle fatigue during explosive sports such as sprinting or weight training, thus enabling longer and more intensive training, as well as endurance training and cardiovascular exercise (such as HIIT).

Add 250-350 ml of water or fruit juice into one of our shakers. Add 1,5g of powder, shake and you can consume it. Take 1-2 times a day; once should be 20min prior to training.
