Recommended Use


Take 1-2 capsules a day. When training, take 1 capsule in the morning and one half an hour before training. On your off-days, take one capsule in the morning and one in the evening.



Dietary supplement. Ingredients: ashwagandha root extract (Withania sonifera), standardized to minimum 2,5% total withanolides (11,25mg) gelatin, dextrin, magnesium stearate. May contain traces of lactose, gluten (wheat), soy, eggs, celery, and mustard. Net quantity: 100 capsules.
